Pokemon Go: Luscious jungle field and timed research tasks and rewards

The “Lush Jungle” event is now live in Pokémon Go and coaches can take over a brand new series of field research and timed research tasks to earn new rewards during the event period. This event offers the debut of two new Pokémon from the Alola region, Fantis and Lurantis, and players can also meet Tapu Lele during the event period. The Alola season led several Pokémon of the seventh generation in Pokémon Go, and the rewards for this event will bring trainers closer to the newly added creatures than ever.

You will be able to find all kinds of Grass Pokémon in the wild, and grass types have also taken the eggpool and the RAID listing. Here are all special research and timed research tasks and rewards for the Lush Jungle Event in Pokemon Go.

Pokemon Go Lush Jungle Event schedule

The lush jungle event begins on Tuesday, March 22 at 10:00 clock local time in your region and lasts until T Tuesday, March 29 at 20:00 clock local time. This means that you have a whole week to do all the research tasks for this event and get so many grass-pokémon as possible in your fingers before the next event begins.

Tasks of field research

There are six event exclusive field research tasks in the lush jungle event.

  • An asterisk indicates that a Pokémon can be shiny.

  • Start 5 Grass Pokémon: ExgguCute , Sunkers , Seedot *, Ferroseed *

  • Use 3 berries to help when catching Pokémon: Caterpie *, Wurmple *
  • Use 15 berries to help when catching Pokémon: Paras *, Paraset
  • Start 5 different types of grass-Pokémon: Cotton *
  • Use 10 berries to help when catching Pokémon: Fantis
  • 1km on foot: Razz berry X3, PINAP berry X2

Timed Research Tasks Step 1 of 4

The first set of time-controlled research tasks includes walking, catching Pokémon and the use of berries.

  • 1km on foot: Pokeball X10
  • Fear 10 Pokémon: Razz-Berry X5
  • Use 5 berries to help when catching Pokémon: Pinapberry X5

Rewards for the step termination: cherrim, nanambere x5, 500 EP

Time-controlled research tasks Step 2 of 4

The second set of timed research tasks is basically the same as the first, but with more exciting rewards.

  • 1km on foot: Pokeball X10
  • Start 5 Grass Pokémon: Chikorita
  • Use 10 berries to help when catching Pokémon: Glock

Rewards for the step termination: Düsternis, Razz Berry X5, 1000 XP

Time-controlled research tasks Step 3 of 4

The third step repeats the same tasks, but increases the required quantities.

  • 1km on foot: Pokeball X10
  • Fear 10 grass-Pokémon: foongus
  • Use 15 berries to help when catching Pokémon: Mushroom-like

Rewards for the step termination: Best, Pinap Berry X5, 1500 XP

Time-controlled research tasks Step 4 of 4

The last step is to catch unique grass-Pokémon and interact with your buddy.

  • 1km on foot: Pokeball X10
  • Give your buddy 3 delicacies: Sunkers
  • Start 7 different types of grass-Pokémon: Chespin

Rewards for the step deadline: Fantis, Mooskae, 2000 XP
