Nacon compra Daedalic Entertainment
Nacon has announced the purchase of Daedalic Entertainment. This German publisher and publisher opened its doors in 2007. Its internal catalog has been composed mainly of graphic adventures, being the most celebrate the Saga Deponia. They were responsible for the adaptation to the game of the pillars of the land and are currently working at The Lord of the Rings: Gollum, distributed by the NACON itself. As indicated in the press release, CEO and Founder Carsten Fichtelmann will continue at the front of Daedalic and maintain “a high degree of autonomy in development and editing.” The operation has been valued at up to 53 million euros (32 fixed and the rest depending on objectives), the largest in the history of NACON, which thus adds 87 employees to its workforce.
